How do I choose the right EV bike battery for my bike?
Voltage first, capacity second. The pack must match the controller, so a 60V bike takes a 60V pack and a 72V bike takes a 72V pack. Capacity then sets your range: 20Ah for short city runs, 30Ah and 40Ah for longer daily rides, 60Ah for delivery work.

What does an EV bike battery cost in Pakistan?
Our 20Ah packs start at Rs 56,000 for 48V, Rs 67,000 for 60V and Rs 79,000 for 72V. Prices were checked in October 2026. Larger capacities, 30Ah, 40Ah and 60Ah, are quoted on booking because the price depends on the voltage and capacity you choose.

How long does an EV bike battery last?
Our lithium packs are rated at 4000+ charge cycles. For a rider charging once a day, that is years of use, not months. Lead acid and gel packs, the type many Evee bikes ship with, last about 300 to 500 cycles, so lithium usually outlasts them several times over.
Heat is what kills batteries in Pakistan. Park in shade, charge in a ventilated spot, and avoid leaving a full pack sitting in a hot garage. The smart BMS inside every pack balances cells and protects against over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit and temperature, and each pack is load tested before handover.
Will it fit my bike, and can you install it?
Yes, if the voltage matches. We fit Evee, Vlektra, MS Jaguar, Metro, Revoo, Jolta, Road Prince, OKLA, Benling and Crown, and other brands on request. Send your bike model on WhatsApp and we confirm the right voltage for you.
Fitting is free at our I-9/3 Islamabad workshop, and it includes a free inspection of the bike, battery and wiring. A pack in stock is usually ready in 24 to 48 hours. Nationwide delivery across Pakistan is available in safe packaging if you are outside Islamabad.
What warranty comes with the battery?
Every battery carries a 3-year warranty, plus 1 year of free service. There is no fine print and no pro-rata games.
Each pack is assembled in house in I-9 Islamabad with brand new EVE cylindrical lithium cells and a smart BMS with cell balancing. The casing is vibration resistant and weather sealed, which matters on broken city roads and in monsoon rain. Charging is fast and works with standard EV chargers.

Can I use a 60V battery on a 48V electric bike?
No. The pack voltage must match the controller. A 48V controller expects a 48V pack, and a 60V pack can damage it. If your controller allows it, a 60V bike can run a 63V pack and a 72V bike can run a 76V pack. Send your bike model on WhatsApp and we confirm the correct voltage before booking.
How do I check my EV bike battery health?
Charge it fully, then note the voltage and how far you ride before it drops. A pack that loses range quickly, charges unusually fast, or sags under load is tired. Bring it to our I-9 Islamabad workshop for a free inspection of the battery, bike and wiring, and we will tell you if it needs replacement or just a BMS check.
Is it safe to charge an EV bike battery at home in Pakistan?
Yes, with basic care. Charge in a ventilated spot, not a closed bedroom, and use the charger that matches the pack. Our packs have a smart BMS with over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit and temperature protection, and each one is load tested before handover. Stop charging and get it checked if the pack or charger gets unusually hot.

Can I replace a lead acid battery with lithium on my EV bike?
Yes, and it is a common upgrade. Lead acid and gel packs last about 300 to 500 charge cycles, while our lithium packs are rated at 4000+ cycles. The voltage must still match your controller, and the charger may need to change. We handle the replacement, BMS configuration and a final road test at the workshop.
