How Booking Works

  1. Book the packPick your capacity and submit the booking form. No payment is taken at that stage.
  2. We confirm fitmentOur team calls or messages you to confirm the voltage, Ah and final price for your bike.
  3. Assembly and testingYour pack is assembled and load tested. This normally takes 24 to 48 hours.
  4. Fitting or dispatchFree fitting at our I-9 Islamabad workshop, or safe packed courier anywhere in Pakistan.
  5. PaymentYou pay at the workshop on fitting, or on delivery. Nothing is charged online.

Common Questions

Everything riders ask us before booking a pack.

How do I know which voltage my bike needs?
Check the label on your existing battery or the controller rating. Most local electric scooters run 48V or 60V, heavier and imported bikes usually run 72V. Send us a photo of your current pack and we will confirm before you order.
What does the Ah number change?
Ah is range. A higher Ah pack at the same voltage gives more kilometres per charge and handles load better. Speed stays the same, that is decided by voltage and controller.
Do I pay anything when I book?
No. Booking is free and takes no card details. We confirm the pack and final price with you first, then you pay at the workshop or on delivery.
Is installation included?
Yes, fitting at our I-9 Islamabad lab is free with every pack. For other cities we ship pre configured with connector guidance, or you can use any local EV technician.
What exactly does the warranty cover?
3 Year Warranty covering cell and BMS failure under normal use, plus 1 year of free servicing and cell balancing. Physical damage, water submersion and use of non compatible chargers are not covered.
How long does delivery take?
Islamabad and Rawalpindi orders are usually ready within 24 to 48 hours. Other cities take 2 to 4 working days with safe packed courier and tracking.
Can I trade in my old lead acid battery?
Yes. Send us photos of your existing setup on WhatsApp and we will quote an adjusted price against your old pack.
