Li-ion or LiFePO₄: which chemistry is better here?
Both work in a 60V EV bike. LiFePO₄ is the calmer choice for daily use and hot weather, while Li-ion is lighter for the same capacity. Either way, the cells and the BMS matter more than the label.
Every pack we build uses brand new EVE cylindrical cells and a smart BMS with cell balancing plus over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit and temperature protection. How do I charge and care for a 60V pack in a Pakistani summer?
Use a charger made for your pack voltage and charge in shade, not in direct sun or right after a long ride. Heat is the main killer of EV batteries here, more than distance.
- Let the pack cool before charging after a long shift.
- Do not leave it plugged in for days at a time.
- Keep tyres at the right pressure; soft tyres eat range.

These packs support fast charging and work with standard EV chargers, so charge time depends on your charger’s output. Charge in shade and let the pack cool after a long ride before plugging in. Do not leave it connected for days. If charging feels slow or the pack gets unusually hot, book a free inspection at the workshop.
